the hotel of choice in zermatt. ideal small property for 2 nights in zermatt. fantastic and awesome breakfast for all tastes with noodle soup and more selections than anyone could want, as for instance. magnificent location near a bus stop 2 blocks away that goes to the gondola lifts at the other end of town and the mountains and matterhorn glacier paradise after checkout in a cute area.

Wonderful and clean place, very caring and attentive staff with the Hotel manager. Wonderful and perfect location in Zermatt, near to Matterhorn Glacier, Lucerne, and the train station and main street in town. Also, close to the cable car to the peak Sunnegga.

The restaurant here was wonderful for evening meals, we both ordered appetising dishes. It was a magnificent and unbeatable location walk from the train station.

Everything was modern, including extremely helpful and particularly helpful staff with the Hotel manager. The breakfast was fantastic and awesome with even scrambled eggs and fresh bread, for instance, worth the price. The location was comfortable and perfect for walking around a unique museum. The area was very nice not far from the centre, the train station & town, and the other cable car. No reason to complain, truly enjoyed this place and do recommend.

Had a new-fashioned standard double room, which allowed us to enjoy worth every penny view of mountain. Favourable and amazing location, close toa train station. The service was good throughout our stay.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center but on a little hill, offering totally different views from the rooms. The staff was so friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for activities in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ones with a Matterhorn view were absolutely breathtaking. And let me tell you about the breakfast - it was out of this world! The selection was incredible, with more options than you could ever want. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations.

We had a beautiful room with view to Matterhorn, there was a pleasant personnel, quite good food for breakfest.

Hotel has no restaurant but you can find a lot of them in the surrounding.

The hotel is fairly new. The deluxe rooms had terraces and a magnificent bay window view of the Matterhorn Great location on hillside over looking zermatt You could not ask for anything else on a resort hotel

The units are compact, new-fashioned with the most amazing views of The Matterhorn and balcony. The location is unbeatable, 2 km from an imposing mountain.

The location was peaceful and convenient, very close to the bus stop with easy access to main shopping street and a shopping street. Also, it was 2 miles from an imposing mountain.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the train station and with beautiful views of the Matterhorn. The rooms were spacious and had nice balconies, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including a large selection of cheeses.

The hotel did not have an iron available for guests who needed it.

It is clean and comfortable hotel but a little far away from central city

Staff extremely helpful, went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Rooms were modern, very clean and comfortable beds and linens. Balcony with nice view. Great breakfast with fresh and well assorted. 10 min walk from the train station.

It would be great to have wireless also in the rooms and pick-up from the train station.

Wonderful Views, Great Breakfast, Friendly Staff

I had the most fantastic stay at a hotel in Zermatt recently. The breathtaking views from my room were truly unforgettable, especially of the magnificent mountain in the distance. The breakfast spread was simply outstanding, with a wide array of delicious options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even lending me walking poles for my hike. I highly recommend this hotel - it exceeded all my expectations.

The hotel was super clean and the shower room spotless. The location was convenient, within walking distance from the town center and train station. The room had a balcony with amazing views of the surroundings. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of regional cheese. The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing a snack for us to take on the slopes.

Nothing to complain about at all.
